This collection consists of four boxes sides from photographs taken Art Sutch Photography at the Sealaska Heritage Institute’s Celebration 1998. These images capture dancers performing, parade marching, regalia, and other events that occurred at Celebration 1998.
The slides are enclosed in archival sleeves, presumably in the original order that they were received from Art Sutch Photography. Some slides are labeled and identify individuals in the images, but most slides are unlabeled and not assigned individual item numbers.

Acquisition Source: Arthur G. Sutch
Acquisition Method: The material in the collection was purchased by the Sealaska Heritage Institute via a contract-for-hire with Art Sutch in June 1998. These photographs were then added to the holdings of Special Collections in 1998 via Art Sutch. On Dec. 15, 2008 Sutch granted SHI rights and joint copyright to these images.
