Scope and Contents: This collection consists of two photographs. The first is a color photograph capturing a view of approximately thirty Alaska Native Brotherhood and Sisterhood members standing on the front stairs of the Haines Alaska Native Brotherhood (ANB) hall in 1973. The donor of this photograph, David Light, said this image was taken on the occasion of the grand opening of the then new ANB Hall. The second is a black and white photograph of the Stevens family, taken at the time of the 1930 census. This photo was also donated by David Light.

Item 1: Photograph of Haines ANB Hall and members, 1973. Identification of known individuals: Bottom Row standing, Left to Right; David Light, Roy [or Frank?] Peratrovich, unknown, Ishmael Hope, unknown child. 2nd Row; Charles DeWitt, Cyrus Peck Sr., William Smith, Frances Smith, and unknown woman and man. 3rd Row; unknown, Al McKinnley, unknown man, Josephine Winders, Joe Winders, Mrs. John Hope, John Hope, and rest unknown. Rest unlisted except very top right; Jeff David.
Item 2: Photograph of the Stevens family, 1930. Individuals in the photo are Sandy and Susie Stevens and their five children, Margaret, Lucille, Dorothy, Katherine and Alex.
